Be prepared to MOVE! HiLo Cardio LVL II (Level 2) takes the movements performed on the Versa to the NEXT LVL. You will move, you will sweat, your HR will be challenged, your AFTER-BURN will be on overdrive, and your comfort zone will be CRUSHED! Your minimum elevation goal is 2,500ft. **Encouraged for House Guests’ that have taken more than 15 classes**

What's your style? In this class our style is a little bit of structure, and a whole lot of wild and free! This is a 32-minute, ALL LEVELS class that will encourage you to let go and tap into your wild and free side. Our goal is for you to be in the moment, hear the music, and allow the music to create an authentic movement that feels right for you and your body. 

CARDIO FREESTYLE

Get ready to take your heart-rate to the next level in our 30-minute Cardio Shred class! You will sweat, you will moan, you will shout, you will burn, BUT when your last song is over you will FEEL on top of the world!

CARDIO SHRED

Get ready for a full-body interval training workout that will torch calories & sculpt your entire body. This 30-minute full-body workout was developed to take your interval training to the next level. In this class, you will focus on 'turning up' your resistance throughout class. The resistance is followed by cardio bursts. Our goal for you is to reap the full benefits of the Versa; it's more than a cardio machine. When you 'turn up' the resistance you take the machine into a sculpting powerhouse. Let's Turn It Up! Elevation Goal: minimum 2,250ft.

This format delivers a next level climb that allows you to move freely & trust the process. **Encouraged for House Guests’ that have taken more than 15 classes**

DJ CLIMB

Push your ELEVATION in our Climb-60! In this format, you will spend 60 minutes on the climber pushing your limits and reaching new heights! 

CLIMB-60

Get ready to sweat for 60-minutes in Studio 1! This class is a mix of cardio & strength -- true interval training. You will spend time on the climber, but you will also get off the climber and perform strengthening moves using a combination of Bala Bars, Bala Bangles, body weight, and/or resistance bands.
