WE OFFER MEGAFORMER™ CLASSES FOR ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS
This revolutionary method, created by fitness visionary Sebastien Lagree, is such an effective workout that most of our classes range from just 30-50 minutes.
The Lagree Method™ induces little-to-no impact on the joints and spine. But low impact doesn’t mean the workouts are low intensity. You can still expect to sweat and shake as your body experiences time under tension.
Slow-twitch muscle fibers all throughout the body are activated to increase overall body strength, develop long, lean muscles, increase flexibility and boost your mind-body connection.
Our expert teachers will guide you through a dynamic combination of low-impact strength training movements that target both your big muscle groups and little stabilizing muscles. The Megaformer™ machine will help you sculpt your body like never before as you move through exercises that target your core, lower body, and upper body. And because you're on a moving carriage, your flexibility and mind-body connection will be put to the test.
Exercises are sustained anywhere from one to two minutes and are grouped by body part, helping your muscles fatigue faster. While the exercises themselves are performed at a slow pace, transitions between exercises happen quickly to sustain an elevated heart rate and to keep you in an aerobic state.
We recommend wearing something you would normally wear to workout.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your class. This allows you enough time to check in, get acclimated to the studio, meet your teacher to go over the machine, and to get a breakdown of the method.

Please bring a pair of grip socks. They are required to prevent slipping and to keep your muscles warm. If you do not have a pair, we carry a range of styles for purchase in the House Boutique.
Staying hydrated is vital to any workout so we suggest you bring a water bottle.
