We recommend wearing something you would normally wear to workout.
As for footwear, opt for sneakers- cross-training, high-top whatever you are comfortable in.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your class. This allows you enough time to check in, get acclimated to the studio, meet your teacher to go over the machine, and to get a breakdown of the method.
