This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Beyond Possible, LLC dba HiLo House (“HiLo House,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (“Users”) of hilohousefitness.com (the “Site”), the HiLo House mobile application (the “App”), and other products and services offered by HiLo House.
The HiLo House App is powered by Mariana Tek and allows Users to view schedules, purchase and book classes, manage their accounts, view class and workout history, participate in challenges and programs, and access other fitness-related features.
HiLo House understands the importance of privacy, and we want you to be comfortable using our Site, App, and services. Please read this Privacy Policy before using the Site or App or submitting personal information.
PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including when Users visit our Site, create or manage an account, use our App, register for or attend classes, make purchases, subscribe to communications, participate in challenges or programs, respond to a survey, fill out a form, or otherwise interact with HiLo House.
Users may be asked for information such as their name, email address, phone number, account information, and other information reasonably necessary to provide our services.
Users may choose not to provide certain information; however, doing so may prevent them from using certain features of the Site, App, or our services.
FITNESS, CLASS, AND ACTIVITY INFORMATION
When you use the HiLo House App or participate in HiLo House services, certain fitness-related activity information associated with your account may be collected and maintained, including classes booked or attended, check-ins, class and workout history, milestones, and participation in challenges, programs, or other HiLo House activities.
This information is used to provide App functionality, maintain your class and activity history, administer challenges and programs, personalize your HiLo House experience, and provide and improve our services.
HEALTH AND FITNESS DATA
The HiLo House App may offer optional integration with Apple Health on supported iOS devices and Health Connect on supported Android devices.
If you choose to connect one of these services and grant permission, the App may access your average heart rate and active calorie information associated with a class you attended for the purpose of displaying workout metrics to you within the App.
Access to this health and fitness information is optional and occurs only after you grant permission through your device.
Health and fitness information accessed through Apple Health or Health Connect for this feature is read on your device, displayed to you, and then discarded. This information is not transmitted to or stored by HiLo House or Mariana Tek, is not available to HiLo House staff, and is not included in analytics.
HiLo House does not sell health or fitness data and does not use information accessed through Apple Health or Health Connect for advertising or marketing purposes.
You may revoke the App's access to Apple Health or Health Connect at any time through the applicable settings on your device. Once access is revoked, these workout metrics will no longer appear in the App.
NON-PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION
We may collect non-personal identification and technical information when Users interact with our Site or App. This may include browser type, device type, operating system, Internet service provider, and other technical information relating to how Users access and interact with our services.
WEB BROWSER COOKIES
Our Site may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance User experience and support Site functionality. Users may configure their browsers to refuse cookies or alert them when cookies are being sent. Some portions of the Site may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

Health and fitness information accessed through Apple Health or Health Connect for the workout metrics feature is not retained by HiLo House or Mariana Tek. It is read on the User's device, displayed to the User, and then discarded.
DATA AND ACCOUNT DELETION
Users may request deletion of their personal information or HiLo House account by contacting HiLo House at hilohouse@hilohousefitness.com.
Please include sufficient information for us to identify and verify the account associated with the request.
Upon receiving and verifying a deletion request, we will delete or anonymize eligible personal information associated with the User's account, subject to information that we may need to retain to comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate obligations.
Users may separately revoke the HiLo House App's access to Apple Health or Health Connect through the applicable settings on their device. Health and fitness information accessed through these integrations for the workout metrics feature is not retained by HiLo House or Mariana Tek.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND WEBSITES
Our Site and App may contain links to, integrate with, or utilize services provided by third parties, including service providers that help operate our booking, payment, communications, and technology platforms.
These third parties may maintain their own privacy policies and practices. We encourage Users to review the privacy policies of third-party services they choose to use.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
HiLo House may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date below. We encourage Users to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed about our privacy practices.
YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By using our Site, App, or services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please discontinue use of the applicable Site, App, or services.
